Coach Jim is areally excited to offer four sessions on run form, drills and technique for the runners at Toronto Harriers, a performance and social running club.

Jim as you know is a 3 times olympic finalist and he will tell you that developing efficient running form and economy takes more than just running. All the worlds best runners do almost daily running drills and it is likely us amateurs and lifelong runners will derive even greater benefit incorporating some of these each week into our exercise programme. These sessions are not to be missed, – Jim’s delivery is informal, fun and practical, – and we are very sure you will come away inspired and armed with tips to make you a better runner.
