Building resilience is the answer to the ROI question for runners. What ever your goal, what ever your age or performance level, building resilience is what enables us to enjoy our fantastic sport and to keep enjoying it step after step, year in year out, on your own or with your running mates, decade after decade.

So how do you build resilient runners? Through strength training? Through efficient running form? Balanced nutrition? This, more and much more was covered, discussed, practiced and taught at the CSMTA conference last weekend. And TORUNTO coach Jim Svenoy presented his vision based on more than 30 years of running experience and international running career.
