June 5, Global Running Day – how did you celebrate this event?
Do you really need this day to layce up your running shoes? Sure not! But TORUNTO coach Jim did with a group of runners in their Harriers singlet. On the menu we had an interval session combining speed and endurance. Traditionally, the first Wednesday in June (this year June 5) is used to celebrate this sport activity. How did you celebrate the Global Running Day? Or are you still planning on going out? It is not too late!
Entirely up to you to decide…because there are a lot of ways to do it!
