TORUNTO is really excited to offer 1 free session on run form, drills and technique with coach Jim. Some running experience required as we will run about 5-6 km mixed with core sessions and running drills. Jim is a 3 times olympic finalist and he will tell you that developing efficient running form and economy takes more than just running. All the worlds best runners do almost daily running drills and it is likely us amateurs and lifelong runners will derive even greater benefit incorporating some of these each week into our exercise programme. Jim’s delivery is informal, fun and practical, – and we are very sure you will come away inspired and armed with tips to make you a better runner.
