Building more resilient runners

Building more resilient runners

TORUNTO coach Jim is invited to talk at the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association. This provides us we a possibility to engage in discussions and sharing of expertise on building better runners. An athlete will profit from a strategic training plan. We all know that. But how do we build better runners through running dynamis and gate analysis? What kind of conclusions can we draw from pictures and films of a runner on running technique? Some world class runners are clearly heel strikers and some er midfoot strikers. Is the one better than the other?

Many questions to answer during the Builidng Resiliance in Runners.
